OBAMA DOESN’T NEED McCain or Palin to discredit him. He is capable of doing that himself. HOW DO THE DEMOCRATS sleep at night considering all the misleading and blatantly false ads they are putting on the air?

COULD SOMEONE EXPLAIN to me why the "president" is blaming everyone for the mess the United States is in except himself?? Cut out foreign aid and bring our people home from a war that has nothing to do with us.

Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue will eat barbecue in Martinez next week to support U.S. Rep. Paul Broun in his re-election bid for the District 10 seat. The Republican lawmakers will gather for a fundraiser luncheon on Dr. Broun's behalf at noon Aug. 27 at Savannah Rapids Pavilion, according to a press release from the Georgia congressman's campaign office.

The leader of a state veterans group supporting Sen. John McCain for president will speak to Columbia County Republicans Aug. 23.
